Greenwood Investments

The Hille Foundation believes that investments can play a big part in holistically supporting the community, and we are honored to support the revitalization of Greenwood.

21 N. Greenwood
A 2022 ABC Oklahoma Excellence in Construction award winner, 21 N. Greenwood is the culmination of a vision to create a Class A office space to bring professional services back to the historic Greenwood District and is the new home of the Pray Walker law firm.
The Hille Foundation also owns and operates GreenArch Tulsa, a 90,000 square foot premier mixed-use community featuring apartment homes, retail space and restaurants. At the corner of North Greenwood Avenue and East Archer Street, this is the first new residential and commercial development in Historic Greenwood in over 70 years. GreenArch is the proud home of a diverse mix of tenants that includes several women-owned and black-owned businesses.
Greenwood Rising
Greenwood Rising tells the remarkable and resilient story of Black Wall Street and the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre by finally bringing this story to vivid life. The Hille Foundation was honored to donate the land where Greenwood Rising sits so that this history could be told in its rightful place at the corner of Greenwood and Archer.
