Guidelines

We want you to succeed! We know that securing funding is essential for the great work happening in Tulsa, and we also know it can be stressful. We hope to make our process as clear and simple as possible. Please read our guidelines below and funding tips thoroughly before making a request.

General guidelines

The Hille Foundation accepts grant requests by invitation only. If invited to apply, organizations will be contacted by the Hille Foundation with instructions.

The Hille Foundation funds only 501(c)(3) organizations. New projects and organizations with their 501(c)(3) status pending may submit an application with the assistance of a charitable organization that has agreed to serve as its fiscal sponsor.
The Hille Foundation focuses the majority of its funds in the Tulsa, Oklahoma geographic area.
Applicants may apply for funding only once in a 12 month cycle.
The Hille Foundation does not fund individuals, endowments or international charities.

Focus areas

Projects should be focused on education, human services, health services, basic needs, medical research or community improvement projects benefiting the Tulsa area.
PLEASE NOTE: Medical research funding is reserved primarily for Type I Diabetes.
