Guideline Information
GUIDELINES
- The Hille Foundation funds only 501(c)(3) organizations.
- The Hille Foundation focuses the majority of its funds in the Tulsa, Oklahoma geographic area.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- In order to apply for a grant the applicant must submit a brief proposal containing background information on their organization and the specific dollar amount and purpose of their request.
- Their proposal should also contain a detailed description of the program, if applicable, for which they are requesting funds, a list of donations already secured, a copy of the organization’s current year’s proposed budget, a copy the organization’s last year’s completed budget, a copy of the organization’s most recent audit, if available, a copy of the most recent 990, and a copy of the organization’s 501(c)(3) status determination letter from the IRS.
DEADLINES
- The Hille Foundation meets three times a year to consider proposals: February, July and October.
- The deadline for submittal for each of these meetings is as follows: January 1st for the February meeting, May 1st for the July meeting, and September 1st for the October meeting.
- The organizations who submit applications for these meetings should be notified of the decisions of the board within 3 weeks of the board’s meeting.
SUBMITTAL
- Applicants are welcome to submit their proposals to the Hille Foundation either by email or regular mail.
- Applicants should email applications and all pertinent documents to the following email address:
